About Me
I love being a remedial massage therapist! I really enjoy working with a diverse range of people with a variety of different ailments and injuries. Many years of practicing and studying yoga led to my fascination with the human body and Diploma of Remedial Massage.
I’m passionate about empowering and educating my clients so that you can feel spacious, pain free and make any changes needed to help you stay that way. I offer remedial massage, myofascial cupping and relaxation treatments. Treatments and treatment plans vary depending on your individual needs and goals.

My Treatments
As a Remedial Massage therapist I am trained in a variety of different techniques such as swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, trigger point therapy and joint mobilisations.
My approach to massage therapy is always patient focused, and each treatment will vary depending on individual needs. Communication is an important part of every treatment to ensure we are both on the same page working towards the same goals. I enjoy working in a way that is calming to the nervous system whilst simultaneously working through and releasing tight muscles. Treatments are generally slow and considered, so that you can leave the treatment room feeling relaxed, spacious and lighter.

Wednesday 11am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 5pm

60 minute treatment $110.00
90 minute treatment $150.00

If it is your first time coming to the clinic please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a patient intake form.

One hour appointment includes your consultation time, with around 45 -55mins of hands on treatment, if you would like more treatment time than this please book a 90 min treatment.
